Please note that because of COVID-19, shipping times might be impacted. Unfortunately it’s hard to know in advance and there is nothing I can do once the item has been shipped. I appreciate your patience and will offer a tracking number for every item shipped no matter the size.
Are all your prints original artwork?
Yes, all my prints are original artwork. You can see some of the ‘work in progress’ on my Instagram feed.
What materials are used for printing?
All items are printed on premium acid free 100% cotton paper with archival pigmented inks. This produces a ‘Giclée print’ that will last you a lifetime provided you frame it and don’t leave it out to get damaged (e.g. don’t leave it out in the sun).
Each item is printed on demand in-house and shipped within 1-3 business days of your payment clearing.
Average shipping times:
Canada: 5-7 business days
USA: 7-12 business days
International: 10-20 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
International shipments may incur customs fees. Since each country’s customs policy is different, the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order did not arrive, first make sure to double check that you entered the correct shipping address and then let me know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or it arrived damaged*, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
*For an item that arrived damaged, providing a photo in your email will make the refund processing time faster.
I accept returns or exchanges in case the item is unused and in it’s original packaging. In case of returns I will refund the item price only, I won’t refund the cost for you to ship the returned item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition.
Please unwrap the prints carefully and handle them with clean hands.
Best practice is to keep the prints in their original packaging until you are ready to frame them. If you are getting your print framed professionally, it is best to bring it to the framing store in its original packaging. If you are framing it yourself and the print came in a packaging tube mailer, you may need to lay it flat on a clean table so it can return to it’s flat shape. When laying flat, avoid leaving it near a window or in the sun.
